Workshop Leaders_
Yoga Instructor & Health Coach
Owner, Symbiotic Wellness
I'm a board-certified Women's Health Physical Therapist with 35 years of experience, 19 of which have focused primarily on pelvic floor therapy. I also treat acute and chronic neck and back pain, using a range of manual therapy techniques and dry needling.
Breathing and mindfulness are part of how I work with clients, and I offer personalized yoga sessions and mindfulness coaching as standalone services as well. Perimenopause and menopause health coaching is another service I provide.
My goal is to help women feel strong, balanced, and confident in their bodies. When I'm not working, you'll find me with my family or exploring the world through travel.

Sex & Intimacy Coach
Owner, Relate: Sex + Intimacy Consulting
I’m a sex educator and intimacy coach, working with individuals, couples, and families, helping folks step towards a state of autonomy and healing. As a practitioner, I bring a warm, nonjudgmental, empowered, and knowledgeable way of looking at your sexuality with goal based outcome and/or radical acceptance.
Working around an education-based framework, I teach people about sexual anatomy and function, then help them find and address their path forward - that may mean learning how to talk about sex, further anatomical education, exploring pleasure, understanding desire, repairing intimacy, navigating change or pelvic pain, or simply saying something out loud for the first time.
